Our North York massage therapy clinic offers massage specifically for the treatment of injuries, pain, and movement impairments. We are a rehabilitation centre first, which means our registered massage therapists are specialists in orthopaedics and have the experience and knowledge designed to get patients better.
What Is Massage Therapy?
Massage Therapy is a regulated health profession where therapists are educated to assess and treat disorders involving the body’s soft tissues like muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. Treatment is based on the manual or hands-on manipulation of these soft tissues, through movements such as stretching, compressing, rubbing, and kneading.
Our massage therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). They are often called RMTs or Registered MasssageMassage Therapists.
