Julia is an experienced therapist who strives to help her patients achieve their goals quickly. She believes in involving her patients in their recovery by education and providing them with knowledge about their injury and treatment plan. She uses evidence based manual therapy, exercise prescription and acupuncture/dry needling to achieve successful outcomes. She is committed to ongoing education, and is currently pursuing courses in manual therapy through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division to achieve her fellowship designation, and is certified in Integrated Dry Needling. She has an interest in vestibular rehabilitation, and has completed training to better serve this population. In her downtime, Julia enjoys yoga, running, squash, and generally being outside, trying to plan at least a couple of camping trips a year.
